About the Speaker Isabel C. Fernández
Isabel C. Fernández is a Certified Grant Management Specialist (CGMS) and a member of the National Grant Management Association (NGMA). She is the co-founder of ALL GRANTS, LLC, a consulting firm that has helped nonprofits in Puerto Rico secure and manage over $58 million in federal funds.
With more than a decade of experience in federal funds administration, grant writing, and compliance consulting, Isabel has worked with organizations in both the public and private sectors. Her firm, ALL GRANTS, has provided nonprofits with technical training, grant management, and compliance services since 2017. Isabel holds a law degree from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Nottingham in the UK.
